Being an Indian, i think this ad is very appealing as it arises patriotism.
This ad shows how a little boy can make a difference. In India there is high rate of corruption, as you can see in the ad the minister has special privileges and the normal people have to suffer. This makes you think, it is fair?
However, it also teaches how 'group' can make a difference than an individual. BUT someone have to make a start!
They say, Mumbai will become Shanghai in few years. I say, How on earth is that possible? There tons of things to be improved first. Like the government, please don;t take mr wrong here, but the system is useless. There is high rate of bribery. There is also increased rate of poverty. I can keep counting the things that are lacking. No doubt, India is on a boom now, but it needs more patriotism. It needs more cooperation between people.
The expressions of the little boy is very touchy and that makes it more appealing. This ad proves that 'group-work' is all it takes.
This reminds me of a phrase, "Together nothing's impossible".
